I) Optional character of data transfer
Apart from what is specified below for the navigation data, you are free to provide personal data reported in the application forms or otherwise indicated in the communications that occur with the site. Failure to do so may, however, result in the impossibility of obtaining from the same user requested or access to the services offered.
II) Type of data acquired and processed
1) Data voluntarily provided by the user when sending communications or for obtaining services or communications. Access to specific services requires, explicitly and voluntarily, the inclusion of data consisting of alphanumeric characters which, through their processing or association with other data, may permit the identification of the user. Optional, explicit and voluntary e-mail, or other communications, to the addresses indicated on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, useful for the formulation of a feedback or service delivery, as well as any other personal data entered by the sender in the communication. However, you are not invited to provide sensitive information as per art. 4, lett. d) of Legislative Decree no. 196/03, own or a third party, in particular relating to health, without having consented to treatment in law.
2) Navigation data. Computer and telematics systems and software procedures for the effective operation of this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implied in the use of web communication protocols or is useful for the Better site management and optimization (eg IP addresses, URL addresses, domain names, request times, file size, other user operating system parameters). This acquisition, which takes place exclusively for statistical purposes or to monitor the proper functioning of the site, has no commercial purpose nor is it intended in any way to identify the user and is carried out through the services provided by, google.com or scripts installed in our web space. It is therefore for those sites to refer to any communication or request for the purposes and for the effects of D.lgv. 196/03.
III) Purpose of acquisition and modality of treatment
The data voluntarily provided by the user is acquired and processed in order to allow access to the services offered on the site and the communication of information of a commercial or promotional nature. Such data may be ceded or transmitted to third parties, even to allow them to be treated for similar purposes. By submitting the data yourself, the user agrees to the processing according to the methods described herein, without prejudice to the right to exercise the faculties granted by the law in order to confirm, verify, modify, correct, integrate or delete the data. Navigation data (whether in the form of LOG or Cookies files) is acquired for statistical purposes, or for checking and improving site operation, and is in no way associated with other data in order to identify the user or create a personal profile. Such data are in no way, and under any form, transmitted or transferred to third parties. All data, after the time strictly necessary for their treatment, and spurring the additional terms provided by law, will be deleted. This is without prejudice to the usability of data for purposes of justice in the cases expressly provided for by law or for the fulfillment of regulatory obligations.

V) Rights of the parties concerned

According to the same article, those concerned with the processing have the right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of the data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their treatment.
